Convert AES encryption functions written in php

Hi, serious bidders: There is an existing AES encryption algorithm written in PHP as below url: [login to view URL] Also, you can find A corresponding decryption module for javascript: [login to view URL] what i'm only wanting you to convert that above AES algorithm from PHP to c/c++ code, you can ignore base64 encrypt/decrypt(remove those relational sections). Note: there is no any escrow before starting, I need to first check your conversion code written in c/c++, once it's passed for test, then i will choose you as provider, and directly make payment.
