I have a code that is written for a simple 3 servo 6 legged walking robot done in Basic for a Picaxe 28X1 microcontroller and I want it converted to a fully working C or C++ code so that I can compile into hex for the programming of the Atmega168 Mini Servo Board. Want a copy of the C or C++ program and the hex format if you have a compiler when finished. The compiler I am currently using is WinAVR and I also have a Makefile template ready. If you can make a supplementing makefile then that is fine also. If not you can? use mine to compile. WinAVR is free and you can download and test? code yourself for a successful compile. Once compile is successful I will then program the Atmega168 Mini Servo board with the? hex code and if all functions work we are done and the translation from basic to C or C++ was? a success. I am working on a Vista PC, compiling using WinAVR and programming using AVR studio.
Adjustments will require setting the code up to work with the Atmega168 Mini Servo Board and 5 of it's port output pins.? So you will need to just review the Atmega168 datasheet and the Atmega168 Mini Servo board manual, both of which I have available and I will let you know which pins I want you to designate for which features. Three of the ouputs will go to the servos and the other two are ADC channels for 2 Sharp infrared type sensors.? Finally the C++ source code must be in a format that I can modify or adjust servo and sensor performance just as the? original Basic code allows. I must be able to adjust these 5 things just like my Basic code (leg speed adjustment, leg stride distance adjustment, middle leg? height adjustment, right sensor distance adjustment, left sensor? distance adjustment).?
