Copy Cat program

I want to build a program that will look like I am doing a live webinar. The best way to explain exactly what I want and the features that I want can be found if you watch this video [login to view URL] It explains exactly what I want to build. The only extra feature that I want to add into my software is I want the user to be able to send a message and that message can go to my email (the program already does that part) but I want to be able to send an email back to the webinar broadcast and have it post in real time to answer the persons questions. So first take a look at the video and get every detail from that software and give a bid on building exactly that kind of a project.
