Create Time Management Application

Create a desktop time management app for our remote associates who work on line to calculate their working hours. This app shall remain active, while his PC is powered. When he activates the icon, it seeks info, which is emailed to ADMIN. Again, this window activates intermittently automatically and keeps sending info to ADMIN, while this associate is working. Information sought is a calendar, for user to fill in his future schedules and message box (just like Google talk message utility). The app has a panel for the ADMIN to sign up new associates and keep records of all transmissions. The app will calculate and maintain records of associate's timing and payments. The app synchronizes info between the admin and the associates desktop. The app on the desktop will run and be updated by the synchronization and be turned off (cannot be used any more) by the admin.

Essentially we are trying to record the activities of our online associates and the time that they worked so we can pay them for their working time and keep a record of same automatically.

All phase's costs must be broken down individually; as we may / may not want to develop entire application, (or may choose to do it in intervals; Phase 1 and phase 2 are minimal requirements) otherwise the bid shall be rejected without any explanations. The website components should be LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The desktop OS is Windows (MS XP and Win 7 all versions). You must work with us on videoconference. Please do not bid, if you cannot work via video conference or have a low band width precluding you to do so. You can use GMail, Google docs or any other free utility to mesh or plugin, open source scripts, recycle your own scripts, to derive at the desired results in less coding time and saving in quote. Cost and time to deploy this application is the most critical key in our decision to award this project. You must submit your resume, and work history at least pertaining to this work (Please do not bother, if you have no previous verifiable record of this work or cannot present a mockup). There is much more logical extension of this work which is much larger in scope (this work is the minimal base) to continue to much larger work that will be discussed only with the coder when we finalize the short list.

If there is something that you do not understand, or believe that specs are incomplete, please have it clarified to yourself fully, before you bid. Incomplete specs are no reason for incomplete final product.
