Develop a Search front end of an online database

I need to scrape the contents of the database at [login to view URL] The search that they have does not work very well....so to use boolean searches, I need to scrape the data and then use my own search to find the right entries.I want a front end to this database that will allow me to search the DB with boolean characters and quotations for phrases. (and, or, " ", not) The results should be in the same format that the site's PDF gives. When I click on our search results, either a new window opens, or the program displays ALL the report I want, one after the other, so I can scan all the way down the list. A) "back" button to go back to the main screen. B) "new" button clears the search C) Ability to copy from the page (cut/paste) D) The keywords that were found should be highlighted, each phrase with a different color this would be a desktop application that would display all results. I just want to be able to search it with multiple keywords, all years, and boolean. The scrape would have to be just once...this is not an ongoing need to schedule a scrape.
