**Program Flowchart**: Please see attached zipped file for info. ## Deliverables (i) Your bid MUST include intelligent and probing questions that can demonstrate to me that you know what you are doing both intimately and thoroughly, thereby you are fully capable of completing successfully this type of project OR your bid will NOT be considered. (ii) Each selected bidder will be required to sign a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement about the subject Intellectual Property of Costas Chantzis. (iii) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as original, complete source code of all work done (including technical support for debugging of program during BETA testing and within 3 months of product launch). (iv) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. (v) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 6) Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on: March 31, 2006 EDT Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date. **Specific Project Deliverables by Coder**: 2.1 Signs Agreement with Chantzis (Buyer) for protecting the Intellectual Property of Buyer (such agreement will be provided to Coder upon final selection) 2.2 Provide feedback and finalize program architecture / product specifications with Buyer (owner of this new product) with respective completion dates 2.3 Develop program using source code that is PURE PHP4 and MYSQL (code must be written from scratch; no free module must be used unless approved by Buyer, security is most important through the code). 2.4 Provide working prototype of program concept, including prototype screens 2.5 Provide working prototype of complete program 2.6 Debug program remotely (not online) 2.7 Download program and complete program testing online 2.8 Debug program per client suggestions and/or raised issues 2.9 Deliver completed program and product to Buyer 2.10 Buyer evaluates program and provides Coder with bugs and/or issues requiring satisfactory resolution 2.11 Coder resolves issues per item 2.8 to Buyer’s satisfaction and deliver to Buyer final product including supplied source code which must include complete, commented source code, a compiled executable and Junit tests (unit testing). 2.12 ‘Intermediary or Agent?? pays Coder per original agreement (70% of total fee) 2.13 Coder provides customer support for three (3) months to resolve any product related issues etc. 2.14 ‘Intermediary or agent?? pays Coder per original agreement (30% of total fee) ## Platform Platform: Component Type Web server Operating System for Deployment Windows 2000, XP, NT, 98 Compatible Containers php4 mysql or VC++ and with any other programming for complete online evaluation as php with mysql
