C++ Program Re-design(repost)

My project is based around a DVD ripping package which has been written in C++ (please see the attached file for screenshots). I would like the program to be modified to look more like a modern application (XP Style). The program needs to adopt a whole new look and feel so it looks much more up-to-date. As part of the project I would like the coder to produce two re-designs (just small changes between them so that would make the two programs look a little different). The programmer MUST have a very good eye for design and know how to program in C++ but also if needed - to change the program into something a little more up-to-date like C#. Changes that would be needed are : Buttons, Text, Colours, Windows, Logos on buttons, Overall style, look and feel (so it looks completely different). I would also like the coder to offer any suggestions that would be beneficial to the project. I will listen to any ideas that will make my program better and easier to use. There are a couple of changes that I would like doing to the actual workings of the program - but these are very small as the main aim of the project is to change the look of the program. Please only bid if you know you can do a really really good job for me. I am looking for a fast, efficient coder with great design skills. Please include any past work with your bid if you have any. Kindest Regards ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
