I am creating a remote control for iTunes for a school project where C is used for the remote control hardware and visual studio is used to control iTunes. I already have code for C and visual studio independently, but I have no idea how to interface C with Visual Studio 2005. The C program has the fallowing subroutines under the update_lcd section: -Play -Stop -Mute -Right -Left -Down -Up Whenever one of these C subroutines is run, the appropriate command should be executed in the Visual Studio. In addition, the remote has an LCD screen that displays the song information which is controlled by C. Therefore the C software always need to know the song, artist, album, playlist, time elapsed in song, and time remaining in song currently playing in itunes. Here is a description of what should happen for each subroutine. • Stop ??" Stop the current song in iTunes • Mute ??" Mute iTunes •Right highlight the next song in the GUI spreadsheet (wrap around if reaches edge of playlist) store the song details of the highlighted song in C •Left highlight the previous song in the GUI spreadsheet (wrap around if reaches edge of playlist) store the song details of the highlighted song in C •Up highlight the previous playlist in the GUI spreadsheet (wrap around if reaches edge) store the song details of the highlighted song in C •Down highlight the next playlist in the GUI spreadsheet (wrap around if reaches edge) store the song details of the highlighted song in C •Play Play the highlighted song from the GUI spreadsheet Store the value of the song in C under current_song, the artist under current_artist, the album under current_album, and the playlist under current_playlist. C variables needed: Current Artist Current Song Current Album Current Playlist Time Elapsed Time Remaining Highlighted Artist Highlighted Song Highlighted Album Highlighted Playlist I have attached my source code in a zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
