CMS - Need Custom PHP/MySQL CMS

Looking for a custom built CMS using PHP/MySQL and anything else needed to complete project requirements. The CMS will need to be structured in a simple, easy to use way, but still be a flexable and expandable platform. It will primarily be used to manage 3 different website layouts: 2 column, 3 column and landing page sites. Main project areas: Edit & manage homepage and internal links, blog, tracking codes, and code snippets. Below is a more detailed description of what we are looking for out of this project. CMS > Edit Homepage 1. Update Page Title 2. Add Meta Keywords 3. Add Meta Description 4. WYSIWYG Editor for main page content area 5. Add/Edit Page Footer (If it is a simple footer. If it is a more advanced footer within more than one DIV Tag then it could be managed under the “Snippets Section”- more on this later) CMS > Manage Pages: 1. Shows, in sitemap format, all main pages of a site with sub-folders, allowing you to view, edit, and delete each (including files in the sub-folders) 2. Should be able to designate which main pages will go with which particular navigation 3. Be able to add a new main page or add a sub-page to an existing folder/file CMS > Blog 1. Ability to add blog posts: adding title, meta tags, blog tags, and posting it under a category 2. Ability to add categories of types of blogs 3. Blog archives of past posts Code Snippets: Ability to Manipulate Snippets of Code 1. Allow user to add, edit and delete snippets of code they have created and place them on their site a. Ability to add and edit code snippets which will save them as an ID, or variable. Can then associate the code’s ID or variable to the same ID or variable on the front-end of the site, allowing the code to then be displayed (for example this could manipulate and place code associated with site navigations, place CSS menus, forms, etc.). b. Can name the snippets of code (Ex. #code-snippet#) i. User can manipulate the code in the database which can be displayed on the front-end of the site. Tracking Codes 1.
