We need to change an admin template to RTL

1. The menu should be on the right, the content on the left

2. Text align to the right

3. Logo on top right (as now)

4. Other items on header on top left (as now)

Provide all the source files same way as provided in zip.

Provide a working URL to verify

We need only the [url removed, login to view] to be fixed, the rest will be changed by us accordingly.
