Develop MVC module using PHP Codeigniter

Required is a form to allocate quantity received for each product in each warehouse. Each product has a set of attributes: color, size, and style. We need to track how many items we have in each warehouse, down to the last detail. For example, we have 3 white summer dresses, of style 1110, small size, in Brisbane; we have 5 of the same but medium size; 6 of the same but large size, and 6 extra large, and so on. Please check out the attached file. It shows a sample of how the form could look like, and the MySQL tables it requires. It should be developed using PHP Codeigniter, MySQL tables, so that it can be integrated in our system. Happy to answer any questions.
