Arcgis form development

Create a dynamic form in arcgis for data entry. Load comboboxes with values from coded domains in fc and allow user to create feature then choose attributes 1 button loads form for create feature 1 button loads form for verify feature (much the same as the first form but updates field verified to "YES" - details below What I have is 51 fcs in a personal gdb. I have set coded domains for most of the fields in the fcs, some are free text to write things like "hours of operation - 9am to 5pm " and other stuff. I have found some code which I have attached and butchered for my needs but it needs refining or rewritting which ever is easier. The code basicly gets the selected or created feature then loops thru the records and populates a form with comboboxes of all the DISTINCT values and labels from the field names. You can then choose how to attribute to the next feature from the combo boxes. The problem is that the code iterates thru all the feature in the FC and if there are heaps it takes ages to populate the forms. I had it all working sweetly unitl I loaded 2000 feature in !!! I have now set coded domains for most of the fields so the form can " This is where you come in" be loaded with just the domain items (if there is a domain for that field, or just an empty combo box if there is no domain present. Code and forms and mdb attached.
