Database and Web Page Data Extraction and Modification (Only for "zeee")

Now I need a script that extracts data from 2 different places and joins them for me to view. I need this for reporting and data analysis purposes on a very frequent basis, so I need a good, easy to use interface. One source of data is a database table, and another is a web page. You would need to pick some data from the table and find matching data from the web page and join the two and store it on my server. This is a bit complex because not all table entries might have matching web page data and vice versa. This also needs to be very optimized and well-coded, since I might be doing some modifications in the future. Properly commented, well-written code is needed. I will own the rights.
