Access Database Design - SIMPLE

**This is a project for my microsoft access class. I need someone to make a good example project for me to follow. If you think you under stand the instruction i got from my teacher please make a bid and it could be some easy money if you are good at using access.** ## Deliverables Part I: Database Design This test you will build a video rental database. The name of this database is [login to view URL] You have to design and build the data in the tables. You have to establish the relationships between the tables. You will be responsible to make sure that there is data in each of the tables. **Database Project Requirements** Here is a list of the information that you need to keep track of, all fields are required: Video Titles Video Ratings Video Running Time Video Category Video Actors Actors First and Last Names Actors Date of Birth A copy number for each video A status for each video on whether it is checked in, or out. Each Video can only be associated with a single category. Valid Categories are: Science Fiction Western Adventure Thriller Romance Comedy An Actor may be in many videos, and each video may have many actors. Each video may have several copies in the store. ** ** **Part II: Form Design** Here is an example of the Video Form, to be used in your store. Remember to show all the information that is listed in this example form. Your form is NOT expected to exactly like the example. Your form is not only graded on whether it works, and contains the necessary information, but on how it looks. Make sure that your form has: The current date At least one piece of clip art Video, Actor, Copy information is displayed Buttons on the bottom of the form perform the following o Last Record o Previous Record o Next Record o First Record o Add Record o Delete Record o Close Form ** ** **Part III: Report Design** ***Report 1*** **The following is an example of a Video Status Report. You should look as close as the example as possible, but not exactly. This report list the status for every video that is the store.** **Please make sure that the copy status for each video title is displayed.** ***Report 2*** Also create a report that is run off a query that shows which videos are checked out.
