Access Database for data collection and reporting

Database for collection of reporting of market data. Database will need complex calculation for amounts based on criteria. The database will hold market data for 100 entities and 1000 competitors. Database must be able well designed for additional and include detail, summary and trend reporting. A more detailed spec will be supplied upon request. Do not bid on this project if you cannot meet develop 100 percent of your resources to complete the project on time. Do not bid on the project if you have bad or no previous history.
