Add features to a php program

I am reposting this project as the last - 3 - coders could not complete it. SO READ THE DETAILS! If you do not follow the above instructions your bid will be ignored by using the hide a bid feature. - Be accurate with your timeline as I needed this completed 4 weeks ago - - this system needs to work with [url removed, login to view] for both the credit card and checks I have a php application and I need some changes made to it. 1) I need the current login page ([url removed, login to view]) redone to ([url removed, login to view]) this includes coding the entire page. - I need the information to be logged into a db and automatically emailed to my admin email address when ever someone signs up. Plus is needs to work with [url removed, login to view] to process the transaction immediately - I also need it to send a basic email with the customers info emailed to their default email addresss - I also want to be able to use [url removed, login to view] to process the transactions through the pos by pressing a button on the screen (5a) I need that example (5a) completely coded. 2) See attachment [url removed, login to view] everything needs to be developed for this page and it needs to work with [url removed, login to view] 3) I want the customer to be able to have their password emailed to them through a form on page [url removed, login to view] Next I need a admin interface made so that I can alter and review customer accounts 1) [url removed, login to view] needs to be developed for this page and the reports section example to be coded 2) admin [url removed, login to view] needs to be developed for this page and it needs to work with [url removed, login to view] If you are good and can complete this project we will give you first chance on future projects

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
