Another PHP Fix

**Hi,

** I require you too look at a php code, and debug it.

Its for a mailing list, the emails will not send out, that is selected from a category, you need to fix this, so the emails will send out, to the only selected category.

Also i need you to add Send To All... this would send the email to everyone, that are in the categories.

Other sections of the admin isnt working correctly either, you just need to add the selection box, so it will display them in the manage emails.

I need this done within a day, so only bid if you can complete in this timeframe.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
