Auction Checkout website

I need a website that is similar with the [login to view URL] features. But mine is only integrate with the google checkout and paypal option. Particular with Ebay auction. when auction ends, the site will send an email notification to the winning bidder with the link on where to input the Item number and email address. After that it will go to a page the shipping information and has the drop down option where the choose if paypal or google checkout for the payment option. After payment option is selected (sample paypal)it will take to the paypal site with all the payment information (product name, price and shipping) (same with google checkout) Site must have a member admin panel where they can check item sold, listing, item paid (paypal or google checkout) amount. Members can sign-up for free. Administrators admin can delete, add, suspend any member. Administrators admin Panel also have a paid banner section.
