Automatically Add outlook task

We have a system that keeps track of the times and dates to make phone calls. We are looking for a way of automatically adding these to the tasks section of outlook, to give popup reminders at the correct time.

There are a number of different sample codes on different sites (like [url removed, login to view], for example). None of these appear suitable for us.

A callback time is chosen from time, day , month select boxes and when the user clicks "save" the php script automatically saves the data to a scheduled call back database.

Upon updating or setting of the call-back time (using our PHP based web system), we hope to be able to automatically create the call as a task or a reminder in outlook, so that the reminder will popup at the right time.

If any external software needs installing or setting up with Outlook, we are fine with that, however it will need to be relatively simple, as we will have to install it on a number of computers. (Clear instructions will need to be written and provided.)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
