BOLO Alert System

Have a main [login to view URL] screen that lists the current BOLO's. Have a login area where a agency can login using a username and password assigned to add a new bolo or to modify a bolo that they have added in the past, or to cancel a bolo. Another user cannot modify or delete another users bolo. **To add a bolo screen they should have the following fields. ** 1. BOLO Category "drop down listing" 2. Description of event "text box"3. Agency Adding The BOLO ** Fields that should auto enter are: **1. Date Time BOLO added. or record created. ** FEATURES NEEDED **1. BOLO should automaticaly go away after eight hours 2. Once a BOLO is added an alert function should be added to the screen "tricky part" I think this can be done by using a cookie. i.e. "BOLO added this would show up on the index screen along with a acknowledge button, threre would be an alert sound file playing until the user(s) click the acknowledge button" once the acknowledge button is clicked the alert will still be shown on the screen until the 8hours have passed or the user who created to bolo removes/cancels the BOLO. 3. If alfter the BOLO is created and submited for viewing, and the alert button is acknowledged by other users and the original user makes a modification to the BOLO it would reset the alert to be active again thus alerting the other users that a change was made to the bolo. 4. The ability to view past BOLO's somthing like and past activiy screen. CLICK HERE TO VIEW PAST BOLO's and show all INACTIVE BOLO that have been entered in the past **ADMIN AREA**Simple... ability to remove any BOLO's listed, and add remove users.
