Backlink/PR Check Script

The following project, is a Script that I will be looking for you to construct from the ground up. This will be a Backlink Checker Script, and a PR Check script, all wrapped up into one. The front end of the Script: (Pretty basic) A user visits a web page - and is asked to enter the domain name they wish to search. A search is performed and the results are returned. The back end of the script: Lets say a cron is being run. The cron will obtain a list of domainnames from the MySql DB. The script will then go out, 1 by 1, and do a backlinks check, for: Google, MSN, Yahoo, and Altavista, and store the data back to the DB for each domain name. (This is the searched content). Part two of this could be another cron, which goes thru the list of domain names from the DB, and obtains, 1 by 1, a sites Pagerank (PR) from Google & Alexa, and stores it to the DB. (This should be included in same table as from above). The search functionality should work well. This does not have to 'look' fancy, as im going to implement it into another project, but looking to have this done now. Winning Bidder should be able to convey to me, that they understand what im looking to do, and how they plan to go about doing it. Im looking for this script to run as efficent as it possibly can. PHP/MySQL is preferred - Open to suggestions. Good Luck and Happy Bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
