Bulletin board upgrade

We have a web site written using PHP, and MYSQL. The site also uses Powered by [Invision Power Board][1](U) v1.3 Final © 2003 [IPS, Inc.][2] as its bulletin board, and trek schedule. We need to upgrade the bulletin board, as it has security vunerabilities. This will require code modifications, and additional colour setting changes etc, to ensure that the site has the same look and feel, and is still functioning as required. We cannot afford for the site to be out of operation for any amount of time, so the transition from old to new will have to be transparent to the users of the site, or done in a reasonable amount of time. What we would like, is for the existing web site to be duplicated. The latest version of [Invision Power Board][1](U) installed on on the duplicated web site, and all necessary modifications completed and tested, getting the site back to the way it was. Then the newly modified version will replace the old once we are satisfied that it is functioning correctly. It is emperative that we do not loose our Number On ranking in Google by any of the above. The site can be found at <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
