Craigslist type site

I want to produce a website similar to [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] and [[login to view URL]][3] but more focused on housing for Spain, like [[login to view URL]][4]. Basically people in or moving to Spain would use this site to look for apartments to rent, rooms to share, people to share with. There are many sites like this in the USA, but not many in Spain. must be able to upload pìctures, be well organized to be able to search using certain criteria. If you look at the above sites you will get an idea of what is needed, its going to be a combination of these. Searchable..able to send emails when they register, to use psuedo emails instead of their real emails. ALso Forum area.... where people can look for other people to share an apart, with again searchable items, ie no smoking, 2 bathrooms, only students etc. Can provide more details later. This is a summary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Further details to be set later ## Platform Open to ideas, but MySQL is free so maybe best to use that.
