Create an Open-Realty Real Estate Web Site Template and Install

Simple Open-Realty Real Estate template design/install. You are required to create the template like the one attached and then install it. The site will have open-realty installed and ready for you to add the template. This is so easy for you that we already know what we want the site to look like. It should look like the image attached.... though much simpler - no flash, no member log in, or search option. The left top bar will go all the way across, no house in hands. There will be 3 listings on the bottom all the way across (instead of 2) and instead of the residential property search in the middle there will just be some welcome text (will be provided). The only things on the right we want to keep are the home-buying tools and that will be links to other sites/pages, which I will provide to you. Logo will be provided to go in top left. List of pages will be provided for the links on the top, there will be: Homepage - details in previous paragraph Houses for Sale - The listings link will go to the all listings page without any of the search buttons. For individual listings no neighborhood links, under tools only have printer friendly and email to a friend link. Somewhere it should say click on image thumbnail for larger view.
