Create Script that auto index product url pages

We need a very experienced SEO team and programers to help us with our website problem. www.[hvacplus][1]dotcom has 698,000 product part numbers. We had a url mod-rewrite done back in 2004 which was sucessful because at one point google indexed over 100,000 url pages into the search engines. Last year Google kicked out all the url's and they only index 1,750 url pages now. here are some recommendations we were given to fix the problem. What do you think. We need to prepare a script which does the following: (ONLY FOR PRODUCT PAGES OF THE WEBSITE) * Inserts part no. and part name with brand in Title tags * Submit 5000 Random keywords, Inserts part no., and manufacturer name into the Title tags This should be an automatic process such that it picks required values from the DB (existing values) and populate the “Title??, “Meta Description?? and “Meta Keywords?? tag on the product pages. Hvac plus has 4 different types of url’s showing up in the search engines which could be giving us a problem if the search engine view these multiple url’s as duplicate .We need help….. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
