Creating a CSS web page structure from a design

Hi, I have a CSS page that has been built for me but now I nedd the rest of the page built using CSS to stucture the page. I have attached the HTML pages along with two designs, which I want replicated in CSS.. The first attachment, [login to view URL] shows the three sections I want the home page template to have. Area C must be the exact width as shown on the design but the widths of a and b should be the remaining number of pixels. Each of the three sections must have padding of 6 pixels and the style of the borders must be the same as shown. The height of these sections must be fluid and determined by the content. The c column must expand downwards **to atleast the same point as b does** i.e. if the contents of area C is only short, the section must still reach down/end to the same point as area b. Area C must also be 20 pixels longer than the end of the content i.e. where the content ends, the actual bottom border of the area must be 20 pixels below this. The second attachment, [login to view URL] is exactly the same as [login to view URL] but has just two sections. The height of both must be fluid and expand down according the the amount of data in each field. The background to all of these sections must be the grey colour as shown on otherpage_sections.bmp. One final thing, the menu that has been added that runs along the top must work the same as that on [login to view URL] i.e. when clicked, must expand to show sub items (unless there are no items in the menu). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS and HTML WAI AA compliant. Need quick completion and support after with any problems.
