Custom Rating Script

I need a custom 'rate-my-widget' script written in PHP with a MySQL database backend. Has to be closely integrated with vBulletin. /// General /// - Each user account can have multiple widgets to rate in different categories. (red,blue,green,etc) - Each widget can have multiple pictures (one main picture and 9 aditional ones) - Each widget has 4 description fields - My Account page gives a summary of the ratings of my widgets - My Account page gives a summary of messages received /// User Accounts /// - When opening an account, an accont is also created on the forum with the same name. - Each user account has a profile (independant of the forum's profile) to wich can submit a picture or use forum's avatar. - The user can also write a small biography in the profile and upload a few pictures. Kind of an About Me page. /// Rating /// - Main website's page displays random widget along with a 0-10 scale - User can select with category of gizmos he can browse/rate. - Rating/Browsing page has a 0-10 scale and Skip button. - Ability to send a message to a person // Admin /// - Admin section should give me control over all accounts. - suspend account, delete account, change any text entered my user, delete widget picture, etc ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
