Greetings, I currently own and operate a membership website, which has a database function that stores members personal information. The website is a template product that has a lot of features, but does not have the function of creating a second database that I need for providing another feature for members. I need a database that can be attached to this website, but not integrated into the website. It would be a stand-alone database that would be accessed from the website and would only draw a few fields from the website, such as the member name, email address and phone number. The function of this database would be to allow members to input and search for data. There are five things the database should have: 1. A data-submission section where members would go to submit their data on a regular basis. This submission section would have seven fields with either drop-down or manual entries. 2. A data-search function where members would go to search for specific data. There would be four drop-down search fields plus a keyword search field. This list of search results would include seven data fields plus the Submitting Member’s Name, Email Address and Phone Number. The submitting member’s name, email address and phone number is drawn in to the search results from the membership database that is already integrated in the website. 3. An automatic email function that would be sent out to members on a monthly basis to remind them about submitting information. The email reminder would be sent out three times within 90 days. If the member does not submit data after 90 days, there should be a function to place him on “inactive status?? to block the member from searching for data. 4. An admin section to enter, delete, or modify data, and to modify the reminder email messages. Should also give me the ability to manually block or allow member’s access to the search function. 5. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
