Design and build small website

Design and build a 6 page web site in PHP that will allow a user to view events that are scheduled to take place in a geographic location. This site will be ad supported and will require the layout for 728 x 90 banner ad at the top of pages and 160 x 600 skyscraper ads running down the right hand side of pages. Provides introduction text and ability to select events. Events will be selected based upon a date range, location (city or town provided by a drop down) and a category (again provided by a drop down). Provides form for entering events and is used by people entering events for viewing. Essentially Name, Description, Start Date, End Date, contact info along with captcha. Contains a chronological listing of summary of events that were initially selected (Title, Date/Time, Location). These are links to the Detail Event Viewing Page. Page also provides the ability to refine search or start over. Links to Contact Us and Home Page. Link to Map Page which will display all events selected.
