accounting DB using Mysql and compatible with online calendar viewable via cell phone or pda

I need an accounting program done using mysql and is importable/exportable to yahoo calendar, google calendar, or some other calendar (open to suggestions) that is available online, accessable from a mobile phone, and syncable with a PDA device. The DB should function like a quickbooks type program, though I don't think i need it to be nearly as robust as quickbooks. My business is a schedule driven, field service business. So everything that I invoice for is based on an appointment that was made and gone to. I am basically a middle man between a company and their client. So Company A hire me to service Mr Smith for them. So I need to ulitmately put in the details of the Mr Smith appt in the calendar and then invoice Company A. *** maybe you can just add some functionality to existing accounting software.
