I have a couple of small problems with some php..
We have 3 pages, page one is a form that puts user info into mysql, page two is a small searh form and lists 5 details from mysql in date order and page three is a page that displays the search results from the form on page two..
I have attatched these three pages..
The first problem we need fixed is that when a user enters details that spans multiple dates into the form on page 1 it wont always go into mysql.
The second issue is the search form will not work properly and will show all the events if you run a search for all catagories in a certain month..

We need all info to be correctly submitted to mysql, and we need the seach form to work correctly..

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
