ANS decided to built an application where customers can pose questions and get responses from ANS staff. Clients would have a historical file were can find of all issues raised and their documented responses to issues raised. Clients would be able to categorize thei importance of the issue- issues severly affecting the performance of a production solution, issue which relates to a production solution, issue relating to a solution under development, an ad-hoc query.
