data mining

hello! i need help putting together a database / excel file - i'm really open here. have a look at this website hayexchange [ dot] com and you'll see that it's broken down by state and the dates aren't sorted and you have to click on each individual liksting to get contact info, etc. what i'd love is one centralized source of information that's available offline - an access file, excel file, msql db with some sort of interface, etc - i'll leave that up to you. i'd like to be able to keep the info updated - don't think that's too tricky with either access or excel. basically, i'm driving around try to find this product and i'd be alot more effective if i could plot out a map. i think i can do thi through map point which i have too or any other solution you see fit. if you don't know how to do the map part, don't worry - just let me know when you bid. i need to get this done asap and there are other sites as well which i'd like to access and incorporate. please include a "source" field so we know where the info came from and "type1" "type2" etc for the type of product. basically, i can give a list of fields... date submitted, date updated, company, name, address, city, st, zip, country, type1-..., source, tel1, tel2, fax, email, url, delivery, etc thanks and please hurry! need this listing asap - like today if possible. elizabeth ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
