We’ve got a Win XP wich acts like a file server. Within a folder (ADMINISTRATION), we’ve got some other folders (say INVOICE, ORDERS, etc) Let’s call them AF Within those folders lay documents, .doc, .xls, .pdf Each one of these documents has a strongly formed name, as follows : Position 1 type of the document ( ‘C’, or ‘O’ or ‘X’...) Let’s call it CX Position 2 and 3 code of the department wich made this documment( ‘MS’, or ‘ET’...) Let’s call it CY Position 4 to 8 year in wich the document was made ( ‘2005’, or ‘2006’...) Let’s call it CZ Position 9 and 10 month in wich the document was made (‘01’, ‘02’...’12’) Let’s call it CA Position 11and 12 code of the customer wich this documment was made for (‘BC’, ‘FS’...) Let’s call it CB Position 13and 14 serial number of the document of the same type (‘C’, or ‘O’ or ‘X’...), wich was made by the same department ( ‘MS’, or ‘ET’...), in the same year ( ‘2005’, or ‘2006’...), in the same month (‘01’, ‘02’...’12’), for a given customer (‘BC’, ‘FS’...). Let’s call it CC We allready have a piece of PHP/MySQL software, that can attribute the right document name, according to the above rules. This software records short annotations about each document. Those informations are kept in a database (in a column named ‘dernos_lib’), with wich the required software will interact. We need a piece of PHP/MySQL software, wich can do the folowing : 1°)- For a given CA, search in all the ADMINISTRATION sub folders ( AF ), for documents names with CA in their names. For each of those documents matching the search criteria, make a list showing : The Folder name, the document name, and the annotations regarding this document ( stored in the database ). 2°) For some keywords enterred in a text field, search in the database, in the ‘dernos_lib’ column, for matching ( with ‘LIKE’ ) entries wich contain those keywords.
