We are a calgary based technology company that requires a new website. We would like to outsource our website development for two reasons; #1: we're too busy to build it, but need it done ASAP. #2: we are hoping to use our website as trial for a potential long term relationship with a designer/developer.
The website will basically be two parts; our residential/small business side, and our medium/corporate services side.
The successful designer/developer will be proficient in the use of CSS. (IMPORTANT!)
He/She will design the site with a balance of HTML, PHP, and Flash (or equivelents), so that the site is modern, user-friendly, informative, and search engine friendly.
Preferably, the successful bidder will live in North America (the closer to Alberta, Canada, the better); but overseas bidders WILL be considered.

Budget is not as important as the quality of work. Our number 1 priority is the level of service, skill and experience. Our second priority is speed, and our third priority is budget.
