Chatroom Expert Wanted!

Overview: We require someone with prior experience in building web based chatroom applications, specifically an application which allows many users to simultaneously text and video chat with each other as available at [login to view URL] . The chat application will be integrated into our existing website using our existing login features, with the ability for multiple group chatting sessions as available at tinychat. Specification: 1) Creation of multiple user text and video chat application for review. All graphics will be supplied. 2) Integration of the application on our website (users to be identified via our existing login features. Please see attachment for further explanation). Prior experience with text and flash video chat is a requirement in order for you to be considered. Please provide examples of experience.
