Clone of Flash web application

I would be most pleased to receive bids for the following project... I need a partial clone of an existing flash floor plan layout tool; my objective is to create a floor plan layout tool for real estate agents, who will be creating floor plans of complete houses. Giving the user the ability to add rooms, walls, windows, baths, toilets, kitchen cabinets, stairs, different floor levels & other related fixed & construction articles. In the following link you will notice many complex objects for the user to place inside the room, we DO NOT need these complex objects, we only needs the basic objects to create floor plans, we will however require all of the zooming & scrolling functions, please take a look at this link, click the planner button near the bottom of the page... <[login to view URL]> If you have any examples of existing work of a similar type I would be most interested to see them, or if you have extensive flash & actionscript experience please indicate type of experience. Many thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
