Complete Site Redesign

I am a Customer Support Rep for [login to view URL] Our vision is to get our service to industrial level. The first step to that is to redesign our website completely. We have a large customer base and a lot of pages within the site that need designing. Our goal is a website that relates with Monster Commerce, Volusion, and 3dcart.com. Any design along these websites is acceptable. We need something clean cut, professional, and very attractive. We are looking for something more of the lines of 3d object, dynamic/flash menus, or something similar. Flash and/or PHP will be suitable for our services. We host ecommerce stores so of course, the site will have to be compatible with our customer logins, etc..... We must have a live demo of OUR SITE setup before any deal is accepted. The demo will be forwarded to the owner for review. This is a very serious project as we are trying to make changes for our company's future. Price will be negotiated based on work, design, and approval from owner. Please put the best effort into the demo as it will determine which bid we will be interested in for further consultation.
