Develop an Admin Panel from within which I can create multiple Facebook Apps-Quizzes.

Only experienced coders will be accepted ! The developer must know how to create an Admin Panel on my website from within which I can create multiple Facebook Applications Linked to my Facebook Fan Page. •The developer must be familiar with the Facebook platform he must had been developed Facebook Apps before (don't bid if you can't show your past Facebook apps developed); •He is a cooperative person which keeps in touch through the project on IM, skype preferably; •He MUST deliver on time - this is a 16 day project which has 3 Milestones - 1. First Milestone representing 40% of the value of the entire project will be released after 7 days if: - within the first 5 days the Control Panel must be operable with all the requested functions+2 days of bug/error testing; 2. Second Milestone (created on the 8th day) representing 40% of the value of the entire project will be released on the 14-th day if: - within the next 5 days (day 8 - day 12) each Quiz created has to have the design in place, all the functions working perfectly 3. Third Milestone (created on the 14th day) representing 20% of the value of the entire project will be released when: - the project will provide a flawless experience to the Admin of the apps and also to the users. *If any of the milestones will not be delivered, the project will be dropped.
