Flash Media Viewer Needed

I have a database which stores the filenames of images, audio files and video files.
I need a flash interface that will connect to the database (possibly via php).
The flash movie is to be a tabbed viewer so users can view media relating to a property.
I have a property detail page that i want to embed the viewer in. The property detail page gets passed a URL parameter for it to filter the database.
The flash Viewer should use the same URL parrameter and display the relevant images.
I want a tabbed view where users can click Images/Floor plans/ Video & Audio Tours / Virtual Tours.
The Images section should use a horizontal image scroller at the bottom of the viewer to allow selection of thumbnails which will then show the large image in the flash viewer.
The Video Audio Section should just display a caption which can be clicked on to start the streaming.
The Virtual tour has to allow panning and zooming of panoramic images which the paths are stored in the Database.
Thats about it!!
