I need someone to write down very detailed requirements document for the online game FarmVille on Facebook/Zynga/farmville.com.

I want it detailed enough such that I can hand it to a team of programmers, flash artist, graphics artist, testers, project managers etc so they can develop timelines and give me costs etc for each module and make the project happen.

It will contain both functional and non functional requirements.

The requirements document should follow a clear template so that changes and edits to the requirements can be managed easily.

Someone who has done Business Requirements and Scope definition documents would be able to do this. Please don't bid if you haven't done this in the past.

Please show me some sample of your work so I can be confident that you know what I am talking about.

My budget for this project is $100 max.
