The language of the website should be easily modified. 7. Support API trading 8. One must show they meet the criteria mentioned above. (3) Payment 1. The payment will be divided into two parts 2. First part will be settled after receiving the code and confirming the code meets the criteria mentioned in section(2) 3. The second part will be paid after the site is up and running without error.
