Complete Website Development

I require a complete website for a client.? The site is related to the automotive industry and the graphics should reflect it.? In addition the site will feature 3 distinct sections including User Section, Members Area and Content administration backend.? The project is under a tight deadline (please refer to the milestones in more details).? I also need ALL graphics integrated into the website as well as a customized Flash Logo.? The site must run on MySQL and written using PHP.? Please read ALL the requirments below. ONLY EXPERIANCED PROGRAMMERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.? A page where users can sign up using a form must also be created.? Unless you are willing to meet this requirement DO NOT bid on the project. The Alpha version of the website for testing purposes MUST be completed within 2 weeks of bid acceptance.? Beta Version MUST be completed within 4 weeks of bid acceptance.? Again I will require DAILY progress updates. Final Version Must be completed within 6 Weeks of bid acceptance.? Total project completion timeframe stands at 6 weeks.? This figure cannot be deviated.? If final version is not completed in time the coder will forfeit his payment.?
