Create a gallery + management to the images in my cms

I copied the code, and the CSS and js but it's not working for me. I need you: 1. Make it work 2. Add the description below the main image like in the attached image 3. Retrieve the images and the gallery from db. You can write your own script and let me upload it to my db. 4. in my admin allow the user to manage the images. (it's a very simple admin) You have to know PHP, db, HTML, CSS, JQUERY. It's urgent, so I expect it to be finished asap.
