I am launching a niche dating portal and have acquired the platform to power the web portal. However, I need certain classified changes that I would love to apply to the system, template's, front end, usability and functionality. I am interested in hiring an In house team of developers to build on the project and retain them for future addendums and modifications, so that as time evolves we can make certain additions and amendment especially as I envisage a phenomenal growth after launch. However, if anyone can handle the project from overseas, then I'd be more than willing to give it a shot. My requirements: 1. Web Programmer to script more functionality into the open source platform acquired. Scripting will integrate as many options as my ideas permits and as we acquire user interaction behaviors. Mobile Developer (Iphone, Ipad, Android, Blackberry): Being that I am looking at making an impact in the market, I'd like to fully integrate a mobile platform into the project, hence I'd be requiring individuals with skils in writing and scripting mobile phone apps that will communicate with the resident database to bring the same functionality of the web app to the users mobile. 3. The platform will interact with VOIP and SMS protocols, hence requisite skills in that regard will also be expected. 4. The platform will integrate unique mapping systems that can enable on the go connections for paid members.
