Build an Automated Delivery System for Shopify

I am looking for a automated system with my shopify store, Here is my website. [login to view URL] Currently when an order comes in we have to manually log in at this link and buy the player: [login to view URL] This is a flash based application with no API. The program will need to take details sent in by a customer, hold those details, log into a web application ( which's login is recreated by the app) and then enter the customers details in there and deliver the online digital product. This program also needs to fulfil the order in shopify if it is delivered, or add a note to the order stating why it was not delivered (card missing, server error, etc.) so I can deliver the product manually or send it to be delivered again. Before delivering an order, it also needs to do some checks within shopify such as: Checking the IP roughly matches the paypal confirmed address Checking recent orders to see how much they have bought recently, if more than a certain value, it doesn't deliver if paid with paypal. Accounts for testing can be provided with the web application. This project needs to be completed in under 20 days. It also may need to be updated so I need full access to it, including how it can be installed and where I can edit parts if needed. More information can be given if needed.
