Build a Website -- 2

We are looking for a technical wordpress engineer to translate our design into a wordpress site. All design work has been done this is strictly a coding job. The website will have a front page which incorporates a 1 minute video at the top then a banner below, then 2 rows of 3 text boxes with a banner between them. In the footer there will be a member’s login. The login will allow our members to see the full navigation bar at the top which will not be displayed until they login. Once logged in they will be able to navigate the rest of the site. When the user logins in, at the top of the site to left will be the logo and the rest of the space will be used for an advertising video or to play the intro video. The navigation screen at the top and the footer at the bottom will be fixed with everything else moving in-between it. The navigation and footers will be on a black background with white text. The will be seven top level menu items with horizontal drop downs. As wordpress is a CRM solution we will upload our own content. There are 100’s of templates with a similar design to the site described above this will make this job a lot easier.
