I am looking for an experienced Joomla developer to create a one page website. It contains the following sections: - About Us (Text) - Services (Titles, when clicked, a box with text appears) - Projects (Horizontal sliding boxes containing a picture with a description, when clicked, the picture pops up with a caption) - Contact Us (Send message box / Google maps location) NB: The project section has to be a component where the user has the ability to add and remove projects easily. On landing, the main menu is shown at the bottom of the screen, after clicking any section from the menu or scrolling down, the menu slides to the top of the page and remains fixed. I have the design ready, in .psd format. The website should be fully responsive. More details will be shared with the selected provider.
