Competitive Gaming and Game Server Hosting Site

This project is technically 2 in one but will work as one. I prefer to have the developer to be in the North America (Canada & US Only), Great Britain, and Europe. Must be able to understand, read and write English fluently. Skills needed: Laravel, MySQL, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, Graphic Design, CRUD Competitive Gaming This will be using the concept of ladders and tournaments in one using the ELO and League. Leagues are based on the League of Legends league play system (Bronze, Gold, etc). Within those leagues will be the divisions of casual, semi-hardcore and hardcore. These will determine how the system will place you for every tournament play. The ladder system is there to allow 1v1-8v8+ matches. These matches will add to the scores of the team to help better suite their play style. At the end of each season will be a championship tournament based on the winners of all the past tournaments and top ladder teams. I can discuss this further in person over skype. Game Server Hosting This site will be tied into the main site, which is the Competitive Gaming Site. This will need to tie into WHMCS as well. The same WHMCS system will manage the subscription of gaming site as well. I can explain more details in person. Due to the nature of my schedule and payments, I can only do monthly payments or pay per module as each part of the site is done within the quote. This site is coded from scratch.
