Convert simple design to Wordpress template based on Genesis framework

We need a template converted to a Wordpress Theme.
The Theme needs to be based on the Genesis framework and sample theme (see [url removed, login to view]).
I will provide:
- the Genesis framework + sample Genesis theme (theme and framework demo: [url removed, login to view])
- Wordpress installation with Genesis framework + sample theme on server;
- template design as InDesign or Illustrator file;
- template fonts;
- logo in Illustrator file;
- FTP and wp-admin login details of the server.
Requirements:
- conversion of the provided Illustrator layout to a Wordpress Theme (including custom fonts, logo, menu, and "read more");
- please use webfonts to embed the custom fonts (DIN and Minion Pro, provided by me);
- full responsive design (scales to browser size, usable on computers but also on iPad/iPhone etc.);
- special homepage: it should be possible to pick the posts you want to show on the homepage, and also to show them in a custom order with drag and drop (fool proof) in the admin interface (a possibility would be to create a "homepage" category);
- custom image gallery for usage in posts, also responsive and themed to the site design;
This custom theme has to be finished in 3 days from starting the project.
